I don't know much about these, other than they were purchased at an antique store and I never wound up using them. They are very heavy duty. The brass tops are heavy and can be screwed off of the stainless steel end. The brass tops are dimensional and there are 2 each of Steers, Pigs, and Chickens. These feel like very high end good quality. A couple of them have a very slightly bent skewer part from being in a drawer for years.
