Deep red stones and remarkable metal filigree work are the hallmarks of this Bohemian Czech glass brooch. The metal beads dangling from the main body of the brooch resemble lanterns. The stones are in wonderful condition. There is patina in the metalwork consistent with the age of the piece; this from the 1930s-1940s. The body of the pendant is 2-1/4” across; the two longest lantern-bead dangles are each 3” long. This is a very special find.
