True vintage 1940's
Very vibrant colors
The tree and the witch are both stamped Mertens-Fries on the back
The birds on the tree don't appear to be original, they appear to have been added later
16" tall
17.5" wide
2" deep
Excellent condition with a few small scratches and spots on the mounting board. Minor paint loss at the top of the tree and a few tiny chips on Hansel's shoulder
